After you have settled on your starting tyre pressures, go to "Fuel & Strategy" page. Select a set of tyres you know are unused (in eSeniors we are limited to 10 sets so selecting 10 here is a safe bet). Now click on "USE CURRENT PRESSURES" at the bottom, this will set your pitstop pressures to match the set pressures. Save the setup profile again. Now, if you have to do a pitstop mid-race, the tyre pressures will be set as desired and do not reset to default.
