Set Up Your World for a Map in One Command - Minecraft 1.10 and 1.9 @jragonlearnhowtomakeminecr7886

This command adds a bunch of gamerules to the world so you can quickly get ready to start a new Minecraft test world or map =)
It also sets the world spawn and creates a platform which illustrates the spawn chunks.
