Each project in Amazon Lumberyard Game Engine can have a start level, where the player starts to play, when running the game binary. It's controlled in the autoexec.cfg using a one-liner configuration command: "map NameOfTheLevel". Then you save the file and just run the game again without having to re-compile or even opening the editor!
