In this session, I used the findings from companies analyzed during the course of the semester as under and over valued, to talk about valuation and pricing. I also did a tangential analysis on the expected value of control and how it plays out in the pricing of public companies, in hostile acquisitions, in the valuation of voting and non-voting shares and in minority discounts in private company valuation.
