Through our WASH UP! Girl Talk program with World Vision U.S. and Sesame Workshop, we’re educating both girls and boys about puberty and periods—empowering girls to manage their health with confidence and boys to foster understanding and support. What began as a pilot in Zimbabwe in 2019 is now a global movement. Girl Talk has reached more than 58,000 children—and in 2024, expanded into El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Kenya, reaching more than 5,000 more students, including children with disabilities. See how, together, we’re helping kids take care of themselves and each other.
