Parky (Elizabeth Parker) is a producer and singer song writer based in Folkestone and Peckham. Their music spans, folk and pop.
"I am a non-binary songwriter and producer looking to progress my ability at performing live and combining together traditional music with experimental sound art. My passion for music and performance lies in communicating social issues, centred around the deconstruction and highlighting of gendered stereotypes."

Open Sesame Seed offers seed funding to artists and creatives living and working in East Kent. The funding is open to artists and creatives working in the performing arts including theatre, dance, music, sound, circus, comedy, spoken word, film and live art. It is offered alongside time in Folkestone Quarterhouse auditorium with technical support if required.
We caught up with the Seed Fund recipients to see how they’ve been getting on.
