The Servant Grunt is the weaker, more commonly encountered of the two Gatherers in Amnesia: The Dark Descent. While not as powerful as the Brutes, it is still a considerable threat in any appearance. The Servant Grunt cannot speak properly, owing to its inability to move what is left of its lower jaw and its apparent lack of a tongue. However, they are still capable of emitting a range of guttural growls, hisses, and noises. Upon paying close attention, its growls sound like an attempt at normal speech, for if it notices the player, it may make a garbled attempt to say "What was that?", or "There you are." Its visual and auditory perception appears to be unimpaired, however, as they can easily notice Daniel if he is within viewing or hearing range.

Red Pyramid Thing, more colloquially known as Pyramid Head, is a humanoid monster in the Silent Hill franchise first appearing in Silent Hill 2. His red helmet and butcher's attire echo the executioners of the town's past, who worshipped the angel of rebirth Valtiel. He is a manifestation of James Sunderland's guilt and desire for punishment, existing to keep him human and help him remember his past actions. The monster wields the Great Knife and the Great Spear, instruments of James' inner torment. By the end of the game, a second Pyramid Head manifests.

T-00 was a Tyrant sent into Raccoon City during the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident. T-00 was one of six within the T-103 series that were airlifted into the city, and was given instructions to recover a G-Virus sample from the pendant of Sherry Birkin and kill any surviving officers and civilians found in the Raccoon Police Station where it began a hunt of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield who were trying to escort Sherry to safety.

Chris L. "Strongfat" Walker is the secondary antagonist in Outlast and a minor antagonist in Outlast: Whistleblower. He is a recurring and very large Variant that pursues Miles Upshur relentlessly, and who is considerably larger and stronger than any other inmate.

Freddy Fazbear is one of the four original animatronics of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and the titular antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. Freddy is an animatronic bear and the mascot of the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. He takes the role as lead singer of the band, standing in the center of the stage. Undisclosed to Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. and to the public, Freddy and the other original animatronics are possessed by children murdered by a man named William Afton. Due to this, he and the others are now seeking revenge against their killer by attacking any adults in the pizzeria after-hours in blind rage.
