I'm convinced at this point that HoBu4ok is the GOAT when it comes to making maps for the classic Sam games.
If my experience playing Sam mods across all the games has taught me one thing, it's that people either create maps with amazing visuals or create maps with amazing combat. Very rarely do you find someone capable of doing both, but when you do, you end up with a map like this!
The visuals, music, combat, secrets, and everything else comes together in such a perfect way and the end result is pure kino. I seriously adore this map and everything about it.
Of course I'm the professional complainer so if I had to complain about one thing, it would be the secret near the end of the map under the stairs in the damaging water. It's pretty much there to guarantee you'll waste your time and armor going for it to the point where it might as well not even exist.
This map is pretty much perfection though. If you want a map with stunning visuals AND combat that is both fun and challenging then look no further. Play this map, play all of HoBu4ok's maps, and experience some of the highest quality Sam content available for the classics.
