This is such a good series and I'd definitely recommend it.
Reading Order is as follows:
*Animorphs 1-7
*Megamorphs 1
*Animorphs 8-12
*Andalite Chronicles
*Animorphs 13-18
*Megamorphs 2
*Animorphs 19-22
*Hork Bajir Chronicles
*Animorphs 23-29
*Megamorphs 3
*Animorphs 30-35
*Visser Chronicles
*Animorphs 36-40
*Megamorphs 4
*Animorphs 41-47
*Ellimist Chronicles

Also after some slight research, I found out that both Serbia and Croatia were tried for the war crimes committed in the war, so while it's not ALL cases, almost all of them it's just the victor who gets off.
