In this lesson we'll examine series or in line relationships of resistors. We'll learn to calculate the total resistance of a series combination of resistors and examine the influences of shorts and opens in series circuits. Finally, we'll examine series relationships of identical resistors, the order of resistors constituting a series relationship, and abnormally large and abnormally small resistors in series relationships.
