September was a great reading month! I got very distracted from my #shortyseptember TBR by the Booker Prize Longlist, in particular, Paul Murray's The Bee Sting but not before reading Foster by Claire Keegan which I was having major FOMO for not having read earlier this year. It also felt like I was prepping for #nonfictionnovember by reading Truman Capote's masterpiece In Cold Blood. So many great titles this month, with at least 3 vying for top spots on my best books of the year list for 2023.
