Here's a mandala rock painting tutorial dedicated to September and the birthstone Sapphire! I tried to make this dot art specifically represent that birthstone. I hope you Love it! To everyone born in September.... Happy Birthday! This one's for you. Happiest Birthday to my 1st Born! I love this kid so much! He Rocks!
