CrawlRhino SEO Spider Tool Latest Update

In this video I go over the latest update to CrawlRhino, a SEO spider software / SEO spider tool I’ve been working on to help crawl websites, find issues, and just make technical SEO a bit easier to manage.

If you're looking for a SEO spider tool that can scan your website, pick up problems, and keep your crawl data organised properly, this update adds a few really useful features that make things a lot smoother to use day to day.

One of the biggest things added in this update is the new projects system. You can now manage multiple websites inside the SEO spider software, save your crawl data, and keep a history of everything you’ve scanned. Makes it way easier to keep track of changes over time, especially if you're working on more than one site.

The crawler now saves your crawl data automatically as well, so you can close the program and come back later without losing anything (which was honestly needed). Each crawl also has timestamps, so you can see exactly when it was run and compare things properly.

You can also now run multiple crawls on the same website and keep them stored. This is really useful if you're trying to track SEO improvements or just figure out what changed after you fixed something.

Another nice addition is the ability to highlight SEO issues directly in the results. So things like broken links, redirects, or other technical SEO problems stand out straight away instead of having to dig through everything.

There’s also a new context menu on crawl results, which gives you quick options like copying URLs, opening pages in your browser, checking if a page is indexed, looking at Wayback history, and even running performance checks. Just makes working through crawl data quicker tbh.

On top of that, there’s been improvements to things like custom crawler user agents, better handling if something goes wrong there, and some small performance boosts when checking links during a crawl.

UI wise it’s been cleaned up a bit as well. There’s now a menu bar at the top, updated settings, and the program remembers your window size and layout so you’re not constantly resizing things every time you open it (little things but they help).

If you're doing SEO and need a solid website crawler to scan your site, track issues, and keep everything organised, this should help a lot.
