"Sensitive Badass" is a song about trying to be strong, fierce, and honest. It's about exploring being a person, trying not to listen when people, even the voices inside, tell you to be quiet. Right now it's especially important for folks to be loud, to not accept what's happening, to make a change, and make a ruckus. And even when you try to be strong, you're going to feel vulnerable and scared. That's ok. You can be sensitive and still be a badass.

I wanna say, let's start a band that just yells at the man
and never has a Facebook page and never does signings
I'm so scared about emails from moderate straight white cis males
that I stop myself writing when I feel like I'm whining

you haven't heard us so we will start yelling
I often want to burn the world,
