Senh tien - a jingle rasp from Vietnam: This is a traditional Vietnamese percussion instrument that makes a rasping, clapping, and jingling sound. You can play steady beats, different rhythmic patterns or use it as a sound effect.
Whenever I travel to a new country, I search for a musical instrument to add to my vast collection. I bought this instrument in a small music shop in Vietnam.
