This is the only stage Hideaki actually gets cutscenes. Masamune SOMEHOW believes that Hideaki has eaten Mitsunari and several other warlords. Even Kojuro buys into it.
The first cutscene plays when Hideaki encounters Kojuro. Who he...hallucinates into being a giant leek. Okay. The horse race with Kojuro is made more annoying as Hideaki because he can't even ride a horse correctly. His attack on horseback only hits at the back of the horse, so you have to be IN FRONT of Kojuro to damage him, as opposed to every other character that can just attack him from the side.
And the last cutscene is Hideaki finally getting the food he was after and bawling. Yeah, I just... I literally cannot stand hearing this guy. Its at least bearable to me in English but in Japanese I just want to rip my damn ears off.
But hey! Finally done translating Utage! Now I can see about doing something else for my next translation project. Ideally something I don't grow to hate as I'm doing it!
That said, I may have two more Utage videos to translate. I thought about translating Shingen's stage, since it's the only new stage I haven't translated yet. And then I thought about doing a full cutscene video, showing all the game's cutscenes in one big video in English. That'd include some of the cutscenes we didn't see in the story modes, like Matsunaga's intro, Yoshiaki's victory, and a few other mid-stage scenes. But those shouldn't take too long to do, if I do do them. Hopefully I can still find where ever I saved all those SB3:U recordings to get the cutscenes I'm missing...
