Send the string "Hello World" from the Things Uno Beta to The Things Network using the single channel Lora Gateway

In this video the following is shown:
- Install the Arduino IDE
- Download and include the ThingsUNO.zip library in the Arduino IDE
- Add a gateway in The Things Network
- Create a "Hello World" application in The Things Network dashboard
- Register a device for this application by "Activation By Personalization" (ABP)
- Copy the Dev Address, Network Session Key, App Session Key to the "SendABP" sketch
- Upload the sketch to the Things Uno Beta
- Verify if The Things Network receives the message in the dashboard
