First download the mod from the description, then go to your Black Ops folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops) and make a folder called "mods" (if you haven't done so already, no quotes) and extract the folder called "mp_rollon_dsr50_semi" into there. Then launch the game, go to "MODS" and select the name of the mod and launch it. Then start up a private match or combat training game with a PSG-1 without attachments.
