Two years ago I built this offset smoker here on the channel (build video link below) and the first summer, I used it quite a bit. Last summer, not so much. As part of my minimizing possessions, I am being brutally honest with how much I actually use this things I own. If I don't use it on the regular, it's going. Also, it really helps that I found a great home for this smoker and I know the gentleman is going to enjoy it.
