A wedge mechanism (pink, yellow and jade) controls the positions of two V-shaped jaws (blue and yellow) to center and clamp the white pipe.
The orange screw (which has a rotary joint with the pink wedge and a screw joint with the base) moves the pink wedge when rotated.
Four red springs always press the yellow and jade parts to the pink wedge.
The fixture is intended for small clamping forces and low rotation speeds of the workpiece.
