Aging gracefully is different for everyone, but for me, it’s about doing things as you age to promote a healthy relationship with growing older. I started this journey with an emphasis on exercise, moving my body and getting stronger, followed by being more intentional about eating more nutritious foods, and now focusing on skincare, repairing the damage done throughout all these years of not using SPF on my face.
I didn’t start to use skincare until my 40s, and it shows, and so here we are, on our journey to healthier skin. Thank you to my friend MJ for helping me along this next chapter as I continue to do my best in aging gracefully 💙
