Hi Beautiful Souls, these are my self-care ideas, the things I have been doing to try to keep my spirits lifted and my lights bright. Beyond the basics, if you like... Decluttering my room, painting, taking care of my plant babies, changing my schedule, asking for help when needed and of course good old walks in nature. You're welcome to let me know what self-care things you have been doing too. Sometimes I do nothing, stay in bed and can barely move and sometimes I have really good days of doing all the things. But I just do my best, whatever that looks like throughout these very strange times. Sending so much love to each and every one of you. Xx Wendy
Ps. Currently having one of those stay in bed days, but don't worry, I am ok. Just remember that if you need to nurture then do that! It's okay not to be okay all the time.
