Self inflating balloon using soda or Coca Cola - Science experiments for kids

You'll need
• Soda or soft drink
• Balloons
Procedure
• Take a coke bottle and a balloon
• Put the opening of the balloon to the mouth of the bottle
• Now shake the coke bottle vigorously
• You can observe that the balloon blows up n the coke or the soda pops into the balloon
Reason behind it
When we shake the coke bottle , the gas inside the coke rises up and with the gas the coke also comes along wit it due to the sudden release of gas and escapes through the soft drink bottle, it doesn't however escape the balloon, pushing it outwards and blowing it up.
