What is "Self-care Sunday"? As women we're not very good at looking ourselves; so Izzy and I started self care Sundays about a year ago. Every Sunday evening, we prepare for the week, by doing a face mask, having a long relaxing bath...and for me that also means making a beautiful bed. Its my sanctuary after a long day. Its where I dream and scheme, daydream and reflect on my day, week and life in general!
