Hi Everyone! Today’s makeup is perfect for a special occasion such as Prom, Senior Dance, or any formal party. I used mostly drugstore and more affordable products for this tutorial just to mix things up a bit. I have the lovely Rebecca Black, singer and YouTube star, as my gorgeous model for this look.
