This is a weird one. My first flexi-disc, my only new-age record (NOT buying more lmao) and my only 8' record. It runs 10 minutes a side somehow, which is an insane density, but it's REAL quiet. It was unplayable when I got it and I had to flatten it with tape and stacking 78s on top of it. There was this weird rumbly effect caused by a sort of warp which I was able to edit out. Artists are not shown on the record, I had to actually check Discogs for track names. It's a very rare record, I was the first to have bought it off Discogs to begin with. I paid $15.

This 33RPM sampler record was transferred at 45RPM. This has the benefit of allowing me to isolate disc rumble and other forms of low noise, as well as increasing the speed at which I can transfer the disc, with the slight detriment of some damage to the treble range, what little it had to begin with. Without this, I would have been unable to fully remove the noise from the warp on this disc without impacting the bass. The record has been digitally slowed to 33 1/3 RPM once more. This also has the effect of turning existing higher-pitched surface noise into something a little lower. A trained ear would be able to tell, but to most listeners this will be an inaudible effect.
