Timed from the cursor turning red to the ending cutscene starting.
This glitch might be exclusive to Xbox 360 and any other DVD players that let you select when you shouldn't be able to. If you mash on the "Preset Game Play" option it kicks you back to the opening logos and messes with where the options take you. If you then mash on "How to Play" or "Timer Settings" it takes you to one of the victory cutscenes. There are other places you can go with this glitch so try and experiment.
I'm not sure if you can do this your first time starting the DVD because I don't know how to delete bookmarks on 360. If you don't time the setup then this run is around half a second long.
