Nowdays on of my favorite retro consoles that has one of the few fixed places beside my Sony CRT.
When my new Gaming-Room took shape the Saturn was the first console that i switched on and needed „testing“ 😅
Back in the day the Saturn sadly wasn’t really on my radar at all. 🤪
The hype machine for the Playstation and 3d in general totally got to me and even being a MegaDrive/Genessis lover weirdly didn’t change that. So the Saturn went by me with no impact at all 🙃
Today its my goto Console! The great game catalog of 3d and especially 2d games just makes it so much more interesting and loved by me.
Also I’m weirdly a fan of the controller… actually both controllers. The UFO one and the more MegaDrive looking one.
It´s weird how things go. My most loved systems are nearly all in general seen as failed systems.
I just hope my Saturn keeps soldiering on forever!
