This is a Let's Play of Super Hang On from the Mega Games 1 PAL compilation cartridge, played initially on real hardware and then the exact same game code on an Analogue Pocket for better video capture. I'm playing the game on a real Mega Drive II console using a 3-button, standard Sega Mega Drive controller. The game is captured using a cheap HDMI upscaled going through the One Guide app on an Xbox One X, then captured via an Atomos Ninja V.
