I swear, this is an actual video that SEGA sent out to people to get them interested in buying a Saturn back in 1995.
Usually your name and address got on a mailing list back in those days if you sent back a registration card or had a subscription with some video game magazine. This could have been from Sega Visions, or GamePro or EGM. Maybe it was NEXT Generation, Tips & Tricks or Game Players. Hell, Nintendo Power may have sent it just to mess with me.
Either way, it is noteworthy for being the best promotional video ever created.
And so, it becomes yet another one that came from VHS!

Following the demise of X-Play and Attack of the Show! in early 2013, the G4 network was intended to transition to the Esquire Network on April 22nd. But that didnt exactly pan out. In the final days leading up to the new launch, Comcast decided at the last minute to burn off and rebrand the Style Network instead.
Now, with the G4 studio having been shuttered and no new content left to show, the network began rerunning blocks of X-Play from the previous year indefinitely until finally drifting into oblivion. This is a collection of one of those episode blocks, often pulling episodes seemingly at random.
These episodes are from 2012, after Adam Sesslers final episode and feature Morgan Webb, Blair Herter and often Kristin Adams and Tiffany Smith
Featuring reviews of Madden NFL 13, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Forza Horizon, Lollipop Chainsaw and previews of Marvels Avengers Initiative, Rain, Puppeteer, Until Dawn, Call of Duty: Black Ops - Declassifed, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Call of Duty Black Ops II, FUSE, Watch Dogs, The Last of Us, a handful of games on the Wii U console, as well as recommendations for Batman Arkham City: Harley Quinns Revenge.
