Found a way to add random voices for an move or event like:

-The announcer reaction to uppercuts that now have the "Excelent", Tsung laugh and crowd noise.
-The Scorpion spear move that now have the "COME HERE" too.
-Raiden Superman move with the 2 different voices from the arcade.
