In this video I come across one of those SEGA Mega Drive II's with twitchy video. This can happen with some modern day TV's as the TV and Video Encoder chip inside the SEGA Mega Drive II just don't get along. If you find one of these Mega Drives II's out in the wild here's one way to fix the twitchy video.
