In this video, I'll be showing you how to make sure that your Marshmallow-powered device actually supports Android's new "Doze Mode" feature.

This battery-saving function was introduced with Android 6.0, but that doesn't mean that all phones and tablets running Marshmallow automatically have Doze. This is because there are some hardware and software requirements for Doze, which can rule out some older devices, as well as Chinese phones, and devices that are running custom ROMs.

This simple app lets you know if your Android 6.0 phone or tablet actually supports Doze, so you can stop all of the guesswork.
