The SEC's December no-action letter was the permission slip the DTCC needed to start tokenizing their quadrillion-dollar inventory of assets,

"It allows DTCC to start tokenizing our inventory. So U.S. assets, we can finally tokenize them and put them onchain. That is the permission slip we were waiting for to be able to proceed.

We did issue and made our dates public. So for anybody wondering if this tokenization thing is real, I assure you it is."
