Secrets to Unlock Your Drop (Video 3/4) 🔑

You may of heard the term “apex” if you’ve ever had a pickleball lesson. Apex refers to the highest point of the bounce. ☄️

Today’s drop shot tip is to let the ball get to its apex and then contacting it as it begins to fall.

Sure, sometimes you might be forced to take the ball off of the short hop, but if possible, contacting the ball as it is descending will result in more control when dropping the ball. 👊🏼
