This location isn't anyway near as good as the secret boat or opening a vault, but if you want to start on the ground without scavenging for your first weapon and shield, then this secret loot bunker in Fortnite is a way you can enter Pleasant Park fully armed.

The location is below a house and it's also a way to escape opponents and Marauders, who are on your tail. This location can buy you some time if you're on low health and because most players don't know about it, you can re-arm and apply bandages and get some shield before going back out.
