I take no credit for this discovery; it was originally found 9 years ago by a discord user named geyfeg.
Basically, what you do is this:
1. On Boltaire, go to the HIG treehouse
2. Do the "B Mine?" challenge
3. Save+Load
4. Upon loading, you will now be on the final Ratchet mission, effectively skipping 80% of the game! After that, its just this mission, the Hydrano Dam chase, one qwark level, a Gadgebot Mission, Klunks Lair, and Klunk himself.
This brings down the NG+ run time from around 3 hours to roughly 40 minutes.
