To quote the README:
The Colorize file has been altered to
show what can be achieved by using the color palettes of the CGB vs.
what a "colorized" title might look like (only using a single palette for
the BG). The Colorize file is still running in CGB mode, we've merely tweaked
the color palette to limit the number of colors to only use four colors
for the BG and three colors for the OBJs.

The Final Option was an open world game, initially set to take place in multiple cities. This is the earliest known build that I have seen, giving some sort of target for where Climax had planned to go with the game. This build has no sound implemented, and is running on a retail PS2. The game would ultimately be cancelled.
