Ellen Dubin (born August 27) is an actress from Canada, widely recognized for her role as Giggerota in the television miniseries Lexx. Between 2004 and 2006, she portrayed Jeri Slate in the TV drama The Collector, a performance that earned her a Gemini Award nomination. Her television work also includes guest appearances on shows such as Gene Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict, along with roles in several other series. In 2006, Dubin appeared in the television film The Wives He Forgot, acting alongside Molly Ringwald and Mark Humphrey, and she had a role in the 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite.
In addition to her acting career, Dubin serves as a spokesperson for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Toronto and Central Ontario. She was married to Jay Switzer, a prominent Canadian media executive, from 1988 until his passing in 2018.
