Description: The Seattle Sounders’ FIFA Club World Cup journey got off to a tough start with a 2-1 loss to Brazilian side Botafogo in Group B. Botafogo took the lead through Jair Cunha, with Igor Jesus doubling the advantage before the second half. The Sounders pulled one back late with a goal from Cristian Roldan who became first player in Seattle Sounders and MLS history to score in the FIFA Club World Cup, but his goal wasn’t enough to salvage a result.

Now, it’s do or die for the Sounders as they prepare to face Atlético Madrid in their next Group B match. Another loss will see them eliminated from the tournament. Can they bounce back and keep their Club World Cup dreams alive?
