So I'm a little late on posting this. I wanna say that this shouldn't be taken as a "do this clear every single game without any thought" as obviously whether or not you can do opposite side scuttle relies on who you're against and what the enemy jungler wants to do, but I do believe this is the best baseline of what to do in a clear. The idea here is to farm and get a gold and xp lead on the enemy, and this is the best clear you can do to do that, as it sets you up with good camp respawns, and it also gives you very clear time frames to gank and make plays while camps respawn.
