In this Video I will talk about the upcoming changes for ranked season 8 in Overwatch for 2018. Focusing especially on the results for one-tricks. I made this video right from the top of my head, so ask away below if you got any questions!

Here are some pros/cons for people in class that can't listen to the audio:
Pros:
- Top 500 / GM Games should be more polished with optimized teams and gains and losses based on W/L
- You don't have to keep up playing with throwers, since you gonna lose a set amount anyways. (Might make people more prone to throwing tho = unclear)
Cons:
- High skilled one-tricks will probably drop lower (mainly to diamond imo) messing with the matchmaking game balance
- Boosted players will gain SR faster
- Trolls/Throwers will make you lose a set amount of points even if you tried your hardest
- One-Tricks most probably will only disappear from the very highest ranks
PS: Personally I do no mind One-Tricks at all, unless you got 2 of them trying to play the same hero, which I think is Blizz's job of the matchmaker to balance teams to not have 5 genji one-tricks for example. I would gladly take a wider skill variance in team sr as long as they would introduce a "smart" mathcmaker.
