The Street Fighter 6 balance patch for season 3 has finally released. Today we breakdown the general system changes. Capcom felt that perfect parry was still too low risk and decided to change the input for screen freeze. If you do not get the screen freeze version you will not be awarded with the additional advantage. So this changes a lot of things, which we go over. Throw techs will now award drive meter to help encourage players to risk teching. Many alterations have been made for low attacks in general as well, and we will definitely break this update down in more detail when we get a feel for this new patch.
