Ren and Tomas learn more about each other as their plans for a mutually beneficial arrangement develop. But when a Kah’Nath search party led by Commander Tharkan arrives at Featherwell Castle, Ren finds out who she can trust and who she can’t.
Ren (Oriana Charles) is a young woman whose life changed forever when she was Marked by a spirit and became a feared Nu'Mahri. On the run with the roguish Hunter (Alexander Hackett) and growing close to him, Ren is devastated when he betrays her for a purse of money. Season Three finds her at Featherwell Castle where she meets the enigmatic Archivist (Florian Hencher). Can he get the spirit out and give Ren her old life back? And where will Hunter's path lead him next?
