Punisher’s packing some serious heat in Season 2.5. Yeah, losing his Rocket Raccoon team-up stings — it’s a big hit, no doubt. But after trying him out on the test servers, I can say the new buffs help soften the blow. His main weapon feels way better now: bigger mag, more damage, and tighter spread make mid-to-long range fights a lot more manageable.
Plus, the reduced slow during his Ultimate gives you more breathing room to move and reposition. He’s not quite the same without Rocket, but these changes definitely give him a fighting chance to stay relevant — and dangerous. Need more testing but it feels good enough.
