Qiyana's got a pretty intricate first clear, so pay close attention on this one. One small note is that Qiyana is bugged in practice tool, and after you reset the game her Q will permanently have 0 CD after using your W, so if you're trying to practice her first clear, make sure you use your Q based on your W cooldown (Q-W on single-target camps, Q-W-Q on aoe camps).

To be honest, Im not sure why youd want to jungle Yone, but if you want to, this is roughly how your first clear would look. You can full clear if Scuttle will be uncontested, but most of the time Id just 5-camp into Scuttle, since Yones early clear isnt too quick or healthy.")

Definitely a path any Kayn player should learn. Its actually quite a bit easier to pull off with good speed+HP than a Red-start full clear, surprisingly.
