A story about Japanese eggs
The second episode ~Searching for the ultimate tamago-kake gohan!~

We now continue from last time, with Francis on his Japanese egg-themed adventure. This time, to seek the ultimate tamago-kake gohan(raw egg on rice), a unique menu item using raw Japanese eggs, he came to a place where fresh eggs are collected. It is his first time collecting eggs; good luck, Francis! We will also introduce how to make reito tamago(frozen eggs), popular for their strange texture.
