After reading this letter, I see that your blanket response is that you are relying on the Government Of Canada’s Safety Code 6 as authority that what you are doing is harmless to the city.This letter provides simple bullet points that you should review before you determine that Safety Code 6 applies to this pilot program. As an elected government official, you have a fiduciary and moral duty to do your due diligence by reading and considering the points presented here.Here are the issues that arise when taking a closer look at Safety Code 6:1. Safety Code 6 describes limits that occur with short term exposure (reference period of six minutes) as it applies to only two adverse health effects - 1) Heating Of Tissue and 2) Nerve Stimulation (Section 2, Paragraph 2). 2. Safety Code 6 admittedly does not address “acute, chronic and/or cumulative adverse health risks from RF field exposure at levels below the limits outlined in Safety Code 6. It dismisses those afflictions, saying, that there is no present “basis” for the occurrence of those afflictions. Yet a cursory review of the 46 footnoted references shows that there are the highest level of concern (e.g. Footnote 8: “SCENIHR” in 2009 called EMR’s as “Greatest Level Of Scale and Urgency” on wildlife systems.3. Of the 46 Footnotes that are used as references to Safety Code 6; the most recent resource was dated 2013 - seven years ago. In fact, Safety Code 6’s most recent update was 2015. In 2015, 5G was not studied, nor available to the public.4. Safety Code 6 describes a limit of 3kHz to 10MHz - in which I quote: “NERVE STIMULATION from induced electric fields within the body must be avoided. This is written in the code advisory, however 5G has a frequency of 24GHz to 40GHz - or 24,000MHz and 40,000MHz… up to FOUR THOUSAND TIMES the limits described in safety Code 6 with an exposure limit of only six minutes!5. It's part of a "smart city" pilot project partnership between Rogers Communications, the City of Kelowna and UBC.Two light sensors, powered by the Rogers 5G network, will be installed at two downtown intersections next week, one at Bernard and Water Street, the other at Bernard and Pandosy Street. Would a face shield be better than a face mask? The Gary Fong Channel 2020-06-02 | Very few facemasks are disposed of properly, through biohazard containers. With 330 million americans wearing facemasks, if they disposed of three per week, there would be one billion facemasks filling landfills weekly - few of which are properly disposed as biohazardous materials. A better alternative may be the face shield- as they protect the eyes, and can be disinfected daily. Plus, as they are non-pourous, the virus cannot move through the barrier. (Below it, yes, but that would supposedly be covered by standing a distance apart from others). I welcome your comments below.
Hi From Quarantine - Tips To Occupy Your Free Time The Gary Fong Channel 2020-03-24 | We all have ways of coping to this dramatic change of everything in our lives. I'm sharing some things that are helping me. One is journaling. I find that it's so important to journal during stressful times, because:1) you don't exhaust your friends and loved ones with your ruminations, and 2) because someday later, you will look back and wonder why you had so many worries. I read my journal entries right after 9/11. I didn't know if planes were going to fall out of the sky, or if I should touch my mail as it might have Anthrax. Now, of course, we know that things came back to life, but we didn't know if/when/how long it was going to take then. So - check out the "daylio" app, where you can dictate your journal entries!2) I find that this is a great time to learn new skills. If you want to work on learning a foreign language - google translate is AMAZING (as you'll see in this video). Just make a list of phrases that you want to "know" in a different language, speak into the app, and watch/hear the translation. Google translate also stores your entries, so you can practice.This is so much better than some of the learning courses that teach you how to say "the boy is under the table" (Berlitz). Someday later, we will forget the worry and the despair looking towards the future. We will look back to this isolation time and remember the good things, like how we only remember the best parts of a bad vacation. Journal this time, and do something really cool that expands your mind, and most of all - keeps you from thinking doomsday thoughts!

He has had a guiding hand in at least one movie that you've loved over the years. He does story development.Doug was my High School teacher. When I caught up with him over 30 years later, I asked if he was still teaching, and he said that he was in Hollywood. His job is so interesting. He gets scripts from movie studios, producers, agents, all trying to get Tim Story to attach to their projects as a director. Then, once a project gets a "green light" to go into production, Doug assists with the telling of the story. Many of you - probably all of you - have had a story idea that you think might make a great movie. This happened to me, and after writing my first screenplay, I was discovered by a top Hollywood agent, and meeting with producers, directors, and actors ever since.Everybody in life succeeds with story-telling skills. Whether you are a school teacher, a litigator in a courtroom, or a screenwriter, stories have to make sense. Doug is like a story detective. He can spot out when your story is bogus.
