I wanted to share a quick video of my Nikon Z8 in burst mode using both a SD card and a CFExprss type B card. Up until Christmas I used SD cards. They worked but they were just so slow and I could only go for a second before the camera slowed to a crawl. Shooting in DX mode helped but the file sizes were half the size of the full frame files.
For Christmas my wife bought me a CFExpress card and it is night and day. I can shoot full frame at 20 seconds without any slow down for as long as I want to. Now that is pretty cool. The only problem is the number of images I need to look through when I burst for too long. That is a good problem to have.
