Spend your doubloons to upgrade buildings and explore the world to discover new blueprints and gather resources to grow your town. More upgrades will improve Critter Cove’s tourist rating. The greater your tourist rating, the more new tourists will visit. The more new tourists, the more money in your pockets to upgrade the town. Get it? Yep, you totally get it.
EXPLORE A POST-APOCALYPTIC OPEN WORLD
Venture out into the mysterious tropical archipelago peppered with the ruins of a long-destroyed civilization. Dive beneath the waves to salvage the treasures of the old world. Rescue shipwrecked critters. Unearth exotic ingredients. It’s a wondrous world of mysterious ruins, shipwrecks and ancient technology waiting to be discovered.
FORGE UNIQUE ITEMS AND FARM EXOTIC FOODS
As you explore, you’ll find resources to craft hundreds of different items, discover new construction blueprints and bring home unique plants to grow on your farm. Turn mundane salvage into something new and unique, and improve your tourism rating by offering your freshly grown food to visitors.
UPGRADE AND DECORATE YOUR TOWN
Use tourist money and salvaged items to restore rundown buildings and open up entirely new stores and venues for tourists and townsfolk. Craft decorations and interactive objects that will improve the town and make it uniquely yours. You can even decorate your very own home with hand-crafted (or hand-looted) furniture.
BUILD FRIENDSHIP WITH TOWNSFOLK
You’ll need help to restore the town, and luckily the world of Critter Cove is filled with many colorful characters. Some are easy-going and friendly… others might need some convincing! Rescue Critters across the world, assist them in building a home and help them find the perfect job in your community. Their happiness is the key to your success.
HUNT FOR RELICS AND DISCOVER ANCIENT SECRETS
Embark on quests to find hidden treasures or ancient relics scattered throughout the world. Donate these artifacts to the Museum of Mystery to uncover the secrets of the long, long ago - and then charge tourists a small fee to the museum so they can absorb some local culture!
CUSTOMIZE AND PERSONALIZE YOUR CHARACTER
Create your perfect island persona with our robust customization system. Human or animal? Mammal or reptile? The head of a parrot and the tail of a monkey? It’s entirely up to you! Mix and match your physical attributes to your hearts content and discover that perfect tropical drip with hundreds of outfit combinations to craft and discover.

Turn your overgrown field into a lively farm! Raise animals, grow crops, start an orchard, craft useful machines, and more! Youll have plenty of space to create the farm of your dreams.
8 Player Farming! Invite 1-7 players to join you in the valley online! Players can work together to build a thriving farm, share resources, and improve the local community. As more hands are better than one, players have the option to scale profit margin on produce sold for a more challenging experience.
Improve your skills over time. As you make your way from a struggling greenhorn to a master farmer, youll level up in 5 different areas: farming, mining, combat, fishing, and foraging. As you progress, youll learn new cooking and crafting recipes, unlock new areas to explore, and customize your skills by choosing from a variety of professions.
Become part of the local community. With over 30 unique characters living in Stardew Valley, you wont have a problem finding new friends! Each person has their own daily schedule, birthday, unique mini-cutscenes, and new things to say throughout the week and year. As you make friends with them, they will open up to you, ask you for help with their personal troubles, or tell you their secrets! Take part in seasonal festivals such as the luau, haunted maze, and feast of the winter star.
Explore a vast, mysterious cave. As you travel deeper underground, youll encounter new and dangerous monsters, powerful weapons, new environments, valuable gemstones, raw materials for crafting and upgrading tools, and mysteries to be uncovered.
Breathe new life into the valley. Since JojaMart opened, the old way of life in Stardew Valley has changed. Much of the towns infrastructure has fallen into disrepair. Help restore Stardew Valley to its former glory by repairing the old community center, or take the alternate route and join forces with Joja Corporation.
Court and marry a partner to share your life on the farm with. There are 12 available bachelors and bachelorettes to woo, each with unique character progression cutscenes. Once married, your partner will live on the farm with you. Who knows, maybe youll have kids and start a family?")
